Ideal for first time clients who want to see how we operate! It’s reactive and the onus is on you. So your computer has a problem, you give us a call, we log you onto our booking system, we arrange a visit, we come out to your premises and fix the problem. Job Done.
Consult, Support & Ongoing Maintenance
Ideal for growing businesses and perfect for people who don’t want to wait! This is a response based, pro-active service where we take the worry away, plan and manage your equipment and software maintenance and, depending on your needs, prepare an annual plan which you then pay monthly. Some clients only need one hour of our support per month, others need 16-24. We get to know your business so that we advise, consult and support you as your business grows, and you always stay one step ahead of the game.
Fully Serviced IT Management
A solution for growing businesses who don’t require or desire their own IT department. This is the option, which many of our larger clients sign up to. We’ll essentially become an internal IT department, doing everything technology wise. We’ll support our clients to tender and win new business, sometimes from global clients, who require robust server security, networking and back-up systems, disaster recovery, etc. We’ll do the day-to-day duties as well as the complex stuff and sit alongside your senior management team. Anything that has a button, we’ll look after and will be the people your staff will speak to if they have a problem.
